Our Community Connections Services offer a wide range of support to our Pasifika families, from providing food in times of need to connecting you with the right people in the community to ensure that you will have the best chances at a greater future.
Our Services:
- Supporting people, whanau, and communities
- Welfare support (food, etc)
- Facilitation of access to the right services, and right people in a timely manner
- Real-time support to access online services and assistance with the completion of forms
- Advocate for you when all you see are barriers!
